Slovak Cooking

I stumbled across this little Slavic gem today in the search for something else. It brought back a lot of memories, both wonderful and delicious. Bryndzove Halusky is one of my favorite Slovak dishes, especially when homemade. But then, can you really go wrong with cheese and bacon?! I think not. It's a winner winner chicken dinner in my book.
